Returns and replacements
Can the change be made?
Yes, products can be exchanged.
Products purchased on sale can be returned, but you will not be entitled to a refund. For products on sale it is possible to request an exchange or a purchase voucher to be used on the site to exchange your order for any product of the same or greater amount.
To request the exchange
To request an exchange, follow the return procedures. In our returns form received in the package with your order, tick the Purchase Voucher box. Once we have received your order back and assessed the integrity of the products, we will send you a purchase voucher which you can use to purchase the exchange.
Can a return be made?
Yes, the return can be made within 14 working days, starting from the date of receipt of the purchased good.
In any case, to be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, the goods must be returned intact and in normal condition.
Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
How to return
To make a return, log in to your account, choose the order you want to return and request the return. You will receive a link to book the collection with our trusted courier, GLS.
Print the return form that you found in the package (if you haven't found it, write to sales@adalu.it to request it) and fill it in completely. The returns form is essential for tracking your order, returns received without the returns form inside cannot be refunded.
Put the product back inside the package together with the return form.
Once the product has been received in our warehouse, a refund will be issued only if the returned goods are intact and in normal condition.
Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
The refund does not include shipping costs which remain your responsibility. The costs amount to €10 and include the return shipping costs of the package, so your refund will be deducted by €10 (e.g. if you return an item worth €109 you will receive a refund of €99). The refund is always made to the same payment method you used when ordering.
We remind you that orders on sale can be changed but not refunded.

For customers who purchase from abroad it is not possible to request a return. For detailed information on sizes, our customer service is available 24 hours a day and will be happy to direct you personally towards the purchase.
