How do I find my size?

What materials do you use for your garments?

The Lycra we use to make our garments is an elastic and breathable material: we use the best on the market worldwide.

Its ultra-soft feel helps prevent the classic irritations caused by low-quality fabrics.

It is also resistant to UV rays, chlorine and wear. It adapts to the body and resists washing, without losing elasticity over time.

Are there any special instructions for washing and durability?

No, we won't tell you to use specific products or avoid particular washing practices.

Thanks to the quality of our Lycra, we can guarantee that your Adalù garment will stay with you for a long time , as beautiful as the first day ☀️

All you need to do is take care of your garment to make it last a long time and avoid overly aggressive washing.

Can I change my size?

To make a return you can choose between 3 different options

1. Size change: If you got the wrong size and want to receive the same item but in the right size for you.

2. Shopping Voucher:
If you want to proceed with the exchange and choose a new item we recommend requesting the Shopping Voucher, you will receive a code for the same amount that you can spend on all the items in the shop without expiry.

3. Refund: if you decide to opt for a refund, the shipping costs will be your responsibility. The expenses amount to €10, so your refund will be deducted by €10 (e.g. if you return an item worth €99 you will receive a refund of €89). The refund is always made to the same payment method you used when ordering. We remind you that orders on sale can be changed but not refunded.

For customers who purchase from abroad it is not possible to request a return. For detailed information on sizes, our customer service is available 24 hours a day and will be happy to direct you personally towards the purchase.

Why does an Adalù item take 5 to 14 days to be delivered?

Because ours is a Made to Order production, sustainable and which goes against the logic of fast fashion.

Did you receive a discount code by email or from support? To use it, just enter it during checkout!

Absolutely yes! All our products can be purchased in 3 interest-free installments with Klarna or if you have a PayPal account.
